Today i have finished a small remake script of William Shakespeare's " A Midnight Summer's Dream" for a friend who's gonna participate in a manga competition. What's in it for me? Well a nice trip to London for a couple of days and perhaps something to put in my resume . In any case now the road is pretty much open for " A.D." my first future film's script , there wil be no more excuses , well other than studying , hopefully in a month it will also be finished. After that preproduction shall begin and during that i will also begin writing a new comic book script about a skateboarder in contemporal Greece. Yes , you read correctly me writing something that takes place in Greece, which by itself is pretty much a HUGE challenge , hopefully it will turn out nice if not good. Also i will begin compositing my " Big One" for i feel that it is about time that i begin working on that.
I haven;t heard from the two publishers that received my manuscript yet(which according to some experts is expected for they usually reply after 3 months) but i shall send it to a couple more comic book companies and see what happens.
There are several chances that i will be an assistant director to some small films and a web commercial, but its too early to tell yet, i will keep you updated on that though.
PS In other news the "Fanboys" countdown has just begun which must get us all excited. KB as princess Leia? Thats something we don;t get to see often, that and KB being a tragic heroine ;)
